16.3 12 year old Warmblood gelding for share or full loan, to be kept at current DIY yard in Stratford upon Avon, with indoor school and off road riding. Kind natured gentleman, previously competing at British Showjumping, but suited to all Riding club activities. Well behaved at competitions, doesn't buck, rear, bolt. Only for loan due to more horses than time. Would suit kind, experienced rider. Adults only please.

Permission & Land wanted on which to use my metal detector
I am looking for a kind landowner to allow me access to use my metal detector on their land to search for historical artefacts. I am very interested in local history and I am a member of a local metal detecting club in Coventry. With my membership comes full public liability insurance. I would always fully respect the property and the workings of the farm and can guarantee that my presence would not cause any issues or concerns whatsoever - so please rest assured I would not leave holes for animals to damage themselves on. I would very much welcome it if someone could possibly give me a trial period - say 3 months - to show I would not cause any problems, and you never know, you could be potentially financially much better off if I found something of value as I would split any finds or financial results of finds 50/50 with the landowner.

Land Wanted for Boarding Kennels
‘Fat Dog and Friends’ are a pet care service business within the Coventry, Rugby, Hinckley and Warwickshire area looking to expand. They require a 4-5 acre plot to put a self-build house and kennels on. Ideally to be previously used for buildings with water and power connections, however it is not a major problem. The plot of land needs to be close to main routes, public footpaths and within walking distance of a local bus route into Coventry. The business are looking for land in the Bedworth, Coventry and surrounding area, but also Leamington, Kenilworth or Warwick if needed.
